You should never house snakes together. The only time it should be done is for breeding.
Housing them together stress them out.

While you may get away with it, there are risk factors. Housing separate eliminates unnecessary risk factors.

I agree with my colleagues -- better to avoid. You raise disease risk and animal stress, lower recordkeeping accuracy, and have to spend more time on care. Not worth it.
