Kenyan Sand Boa feeding

Hi all!
I have a male KSB, 7 months old. He's very sweet and sometimes social with me in the evenings.
I'm concerned that he hasn't eaten in 3 months. He shed his skin 3 weeks ago, and I left him alone other than refilling his water for about a week before I offered food. We have frozen pinkies that I thaw in the refrigerator, then warm up in hot tap water. I have tried making the pinkie "dance" for him, holding the pinkie still and leaving it on a low shelf of his hide, but he does not strike.
Does anyone know what else I can try?
