2017 BBQ Season Has Begun
It's my first run of the smoker for 2017. My smoker went into brumation for the winter. Did a 7lb pork butt yesterday in my drum smoker with pecan and cherry wood. Took 9hrs and turned out pretty good. Made a spicy vinegar sauce and it was good to go.
