Scabbed head?

My BPs name is Houdini and he is almost three years old. I noticed a little scab/wound on his head a couple days ago and I thought it was from him pushing his head into the corner (trying to get away as always). I've been watching and it seems like it is getting worse/bigger. He doesn't mind if you touch it but he keeps pushing his head against the corner of the enclosure. I don't know if that's what caused it or if this is a concerning issue but if anyone has had experience with this sort of thing or know what the little scab is from, please let me know!

Re: Scabbed head?

imo your correct its from rubbing his head on the tank

just keep an eye on it for infection and keep it clean

could you maybe re arrange the tank contents, putting something in the corner to stop it getting into the corner to rub it's head ?

cheers shaun

Re: Scabbed head?

Maybe hot glue some foam where he is rubbing it.
