Hognose scale speckles?

I have a year old super conda hoggie and Iím rather worried about him, he shed about a week ago and he ate probably 3 days ago however he vomited part of it up about a day or two after which heís never done before and I was hoping it would just be a one off in case Iíd upset him changing his water dish as heís a little high strung which Iíve been working on.

Since then heís been out and at the front of the viv but then today I noticed something, he looks like he almost has speckles all down his sides? I have not notice this before and Iím worried about him, his viv is usually 50% humidity or below and he has a humidity box (which Iíve temporarily taken out in case thatís the cause?)

Iím planning to take him to the vet on Monday but please any advice will be appreciated as heís my first snake and heís a great little guy!

Well what do these speckles look like? Colour? Are they blisters?
