Baby hognose is biting a lot

Hello.
I recently got a baby western hognose, about 3 weeks ago. This is my first snake, although I’ve had many other reptiles. When he first arrived he was very calm and I put him in his enclosure and left him there for a few days. After those few days I fed him and he was feeding normally. I took him out of his enclosure for a little 2 days after and he was fine just moving a lot. The next time I tried to take him out he bit me and wasn’t letting go. At first I assumed I may have scared him so I just put him back and left him alone. A week later I tried taking him out but I used a small snake hook this time and he tried to bite the hook. I put on gloves and put him on my hand and after about 30 seconds of just sitting there, he went to town on the glove and just held on to it.
Anytime I move something in his enclosure, even something like pouring water he tries to bite it.

I’m not sure if this is because he is hungry or he is afraid. I feed him 2-3 pinkies a week and was thinking about changing it to fuzzies.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!
