coloring fake walls n rocks

hi all,

finally I put my hands on a testing mission on fake walls n rocks for enclosures.

but I am at lost when choosing which paint to use..(coaz I live in malaysia and some stuff just can't it here and the name of the product comes under diff names)

can any1 out there..share with me which kind of paint should I use (non-toxic) ...

**Can I use the oil painting color and then just spray it with the clear spraying paint ?
