baby ball python setup help

Hello, I need some help!
I purchased a rack that holds 41q tubs (Iíll show photos) and I have 3 new baby ball pythons all are around 70 grams. I put them in a 6 qt sterlite with a lid. I pushed the tubs way back to the heat tape but not all the way so itís not just heat throughout. So with my hides and water bowl in place itís seams realllly crowded. Should I put them in a bigger tub with the same hide/water? Or should I get smaller bowls and hides. I was thinking about putting those plastic sauce containers (like at chipotle) as the water bowl but help me out!

Also is it okay for my to be putting those small tubs all the way back in this large rack?
