Also to keep in mind...

Reputations however are just that, alot of how the snake handles is how you condition them to it. There are no guarantees of a docile temeprament with any species, however, if you get a baby you should be able to condition it to handling with time and patience. Older snakes however can be a little difficult.

Does correcting it really bother YOU that much?

a misspelled term will only return results from people as ignorant as those who do not spell it correctly to start.
Corrections are one thing, but name calling and trying to put someone down for a common misspelling if completely uncalled for!! All you needed to say was "hey, by the way, the word is spelled this way.....", something like that.

If you feel this is so important that you need to put people down to get your point across (about spelling, no less!), perhaps you should find someone to talk to about these issues. Or, start a new thread entitled ,"Commonly Misspelled Words in the Herp Industry" and educate us all. (since we are so ignorant, after all)

A spelling mistake is but a spelling mistake .. please lets not let this turn into an other soap opera ..

Mr. Surinemensis,

Try to look at the possitive aspects of a posts. I beleive almost all your post have been very citical and negative. Many ppl may find them very offensive.

If u do wish to be so technical, then many could rebutal your post and tell u the majority of collubrids (Pitouphis, most ratsnakes, kings, some milks, Spilotes) - theses are all the ones you chose to mention - very RARELY attaing the minimum of 7 feet requirement that Probe was asking about .. The spotteds/childrens, the rubber or rosie also do not even come close to the MINIMAL lenght that was asked..

Also, YES I know I have poor gramatical skills, I apologize in advance.

Sincerly,

Dom
