Question Is this possible?

Ok your snake gets a R.I. so you make sure it is warmer in its cage before you take it to the vet and stuff. Is it possible for the snakes R.I. to go away during that time?? J/w, thanx

i mild cases and if caught early enough, then yes a simple rise in temp can stop and iliminate the effects of RI
also humidity can be a factor in some boids
