Don't mistake the snake eggs for chocolate ones, though... maybe the easter bunny might make them more noticable...

Easter or Ostare as it was called in Pagan times occurs at or near the Spring Equinox. For the pre-Christians this holiday signaled the return of spring and the restart of the seasons of life. To celebrate and to make sympathetic magic, rabbits and eggs were used to symbolize the desired fertility of the flocks and fields for the coming season.

reverend my parents are both wiccans so i get to go to the celebrations. Pagan celebrations are absolutely beautiful .. i would recommend people of ANY religion to just go and witness most covens are vert accpeting.
