I'm definately more of a dog person but I have a cat as well.......I just find dogs are more fun in general, cats are always so moody.

I love dogs. My two are like my kids. I can't imagine life without them. I don't think that there will ever be a time when I don't have one. I think that I would like cats if my husband and I weren't so allergic.

Hahaha, Vanan is saying that's *MY* ghost!!

Anyway, this is Vanan's ghost, aka Thumper, aka Lardo. Her real name is Shivea.

<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v147/Kattia/shivea.jpg">

This my cat, Tybalt, Prince of Cats, aka "son born out of wedlock", aka "anus opening" doing what he does best.

<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v147/Kattia/tybaltsleep.jpg">

This is Kuna aka PyschoB*&^. My mother gave us this cat to take care of for a bit, but after a few months, Vanan put his foot down and said, that we were keeping the kitten and tough luck to my mom. So I have one cat, Vanan has two.

<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v147/Kattia/kuna3.jpg">

Her as a kitten. Just to die for.

<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v147/Kattia/kuna2.jpg">

Don't even get us started about talking about the cats. We could go for hours and hours! I think we have bored people talking about our cats.

Marisa: your story warmed the cockels of my heart. I take my hat off to both you, and your family for making Tugs final years so full of love.
Katt: a properly trained dog, who's owners have time for them would NEVER have done what your dogs have done.

They were shelter dogs who came from farms. Not used to the indoor life.

Farm dogs are very hard to break. Unfortunately, many times these dogs are put down as they cannot be placed in proper homes.

Absolutely a dog person, I hate cats and have several scratches to prove that :P.

Dogs you don't even have to try to earn their love, it's already programmed in them to love you whether an a-hole or an angel, but a cat, you gotta earn b/c they don't put up with crap!
I don't know about you, but if I feed you, house you, give you water, pay for your vet bills and all around care for you, you damn well better bow to my feet or you can get the hell out! LOL!

the Gino,
I know you're just kidding, but I have to disagree with you. We are the lucky ones to have them in our lives. Most times, we don't deserve them.

Actually I'm more of a dog person than herp person.
I have an austrailian cattle dog x springer spaniel(Frieda) thats 14 and an 8 year old chocolate lab(Toby). I picked Frieda out of her litter when I was 8, but she had already been picked by someone. Then luckily the person backed out and I ended up with her. Shes adorable and growing up would have been real boring with out her.
I think we are getting either another chocolate or black lab next spring.

I could talk about dogs all day and night but I'll stop boring you all.

Oh yeah I've got an 8 year tortoiseshell cat(Clover aka Chloe) as well. Shes cool... but shes still a cat.
I'm the same way. I enjoy my herps, but I'd give them up in a second for dogs. In fact, I'd be happy if I lived with JUST dogs....no other animals or people. Just me and dogs.

Dogs all the way... unlike cats who seem as if they couldn't care less whether or not you were alive (except to scratch the #@!! out of you!)
