That's strange Marisa, because my experience has been the same as Auskan's.. I have 5 baby corn snakes from 4 different clutches, and not one of them has ever bitten me, and I got them at a few weeks old. They were Mark IsBell's stock, so maybe he can comment as to whether or not they ever bit him, but I've certianly never been tagged by one.

I got a baby corn from Don Soderberg (Auskan: go to www.cornsnake.net he is awesome to work with if you want anymore! lol)

at I believe 2 months old (maybe 3) and she has never struck at me, now whether or not she struck at him or whoever messed with her I don't know. But from her attitude I doubt it.

With the baby corns and biting, you need to see them when they first hatch.... little devils! That's when they bite, over and over and over.....

They calm down quickly though.

HAHA Tim that's the time I am talking about! Day of hatching. up until like a week later. They are crazy biters!

And yup, usually calm down far before buyers get our hands on them.
