I agree with Matt K. I use sticky rodent traps. I don't fold them up, I lie them flat by the floorboards. I put them along the walls near cages, near the cricket bins, and the exit to the reptile room. I almost never, ever find one elsewhere in the house.
I am highly prized for my meat. :eb:

you can even place a little piece of lettuce or even some fish food flakes on the trap, they will be attracted to it and thus catching them

Fly tape is probably the best. put them around the edges of your rooms or just randomly put'em anywhere.

I work in a chinese restataunt and we have had MANY roaches. I put alot of fly tape on the floors (everynight)and got like 1000 of'em, its naaaaaaasty! it took 3 weeks forem all to be killed.

I just let a couple of cheap little house geckos loose in the reptile room...... They eat all the escaped crickets and do pretty well on their own......

Instead of bleach just use water, the crickets are drawn to it and once there in they can't get out and simply drown.
