Question Unknown snake eggs

Hello friends. I was digging in my garden this morning and I came across these eggs. My first thought is a garder snake. Can anyone shed some light on which species of snake these eggs are from? Iím in Ridgefield CT. There were only 4 of them but I didnít keep digging. I covered them back up with dirt. Thanks Iím advanced any input!!
