Empty Tank

So my female pastel Ball Python recently got rehoused into a bigger tank. Which means I now have an empty 10 gallon tank and that's just wasted space that could be used for more animals. Any recommendations? Preferably something that could be housed comfortably in the 10 gallon its entire life. Snakes, lizards, tarantulas, flying spaghetti monsters, or whatever. Any recommendations appreciated.

Re: Empty Tank

Male garter snakes, frogs, toads all of those work.

Re: Empty Tank

It's almost March 17th, so Leprechauns would be appropriate...though they're an endangered species!

I say he shuold go for the flying spagetti monster, or spəˈgetē fugite. One would do really nicely if you converted to a vertical setup! I have found they do best in bioactive setups with some live tomato plants growing.

Re: Empty Tank

i was at the LPS this weekend and they had a Kenyan sand boa- it was buried in the sand with it's head sticking straight up, like one of worms in Dune. it was pretty charming <3

But the leprechauns would be much easier to keep and I wouldn't have to convert the tank. Not to mention that I wouldn't have to constantly be on the look to clean tomato sauce droppings.

Re: Empty Tank

On a serious note tho, would a hognose snake be able to stay in a 10 gallon?

Re: Empty Tank

A male hognose will be fine in a 10g a female will need a 20g.

The spaghetti monster, that's a joke right? Should I google it?

But if anyone asks, I only have 1. The rest just showed up for the house party.

True that. I personally just like the look of flying spaghetti monsters more tho. And yes, a male hognose will be fine in a ten gallon.

I'm joking. But it is a real religion. The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. There are people that wear colanders on their heads in their photo ID picture and claim that it's religious wear.

Re: Empty Tank

Around when are most hognose babies born? Seems like just about everywhere is out of stock at the moment. Except for the ridiculously expensive morphs that I won't be able to afford for years.
