boa breeding help plez

I'm trying to breed my to boas but MY female is mounting my male, I wanted to know if this was common? My male doesn't seem to be interested. What can i do?

yes im the guy i got them from said that the female had baby 2 year ago

As far as I know, they don't really "mount" so much as wrap their tails around each other and writhe. With no legs, I don't know that much actual humping can be going on..lol. But who knows? I got a "female" ball python two years ago who turned out to be a boy. It's possible the guy you got them from mixed up the genders, as boas can look quite similar.

They dont mount, they do wrap their tails together, the mail will use his spurs to find the cloaca on the female, then hopfully they mate.
