Wow amazing info eyespy! I guess it's true... you do learn something new everyday! I'm glad I read this thread, lol.

As for Jenn... I use cypress mulch for all of my humidity loving herptiles. You can use a bottom layer of cypress and maybe a top layer of spaghnum moss. Moss is really great for holding water, but you have to make sure it's clean... don't let it get too moist in the enclosure or your snake could end up with blisters! Good luck
