That is called Capitalism.

The strange thing is that of many of the employees at the smaller retailers in Canada are unionized and while their wages aren't that much better they generally have things like health benefits and provisions limiting the use of part-time staff which creates much more valuable full-time employment.
Do you even know anyone that works at Walmart?? We do not care how it is done in Canada!!!!!!!!! My wife works part time at walmart (Saturday and Sunday nights). After 90 days she is eligible for health care benefits and stock options. That sounds pretty good for a part time job. I work full time and since I am on a salary I do not get paid to work over 40 hours. I put in 60 hours a week and get paid for 40.

Stop talking out of your rear end.
