You know what? If your arms went from 7" to 13" in just a few months of working out, you are a freak of nature. That would require at least 4 or 5 pounds of muscle to be added JUST to your arms. That's a physical impossibility. The chemically un-enhanced body, can only add between 8-12 pounds of lean muscle tissue a year. I would consider donating your body to medical science. I used to work out years ago. Until I realized that there was more to life than muscle shirts and grunting with other guys... I remember when I started my arms were about 11" and they are 18.5" now. That was from hitting the gym 5 days a week, for 1.5 hours per workout, for 12 years straight. Though, regretfully, I am covered with a layer of protective fat now.........
