Sorry garterguy if I took your post out of context. You said lettuce and carrots, and didn't specify what lettuce. I hadn't heard that about corn or beans, but when you add the fruit as well as bulk veggies and dark greens, then corn or beans would be in a small amount anyway. Would even a such a small amount be so dangerous?
