How about Knock Down style racking that can be shipped to you flat packed, and you can assemble it yourself? Everything is included in the price, and can be suited for the commonly used sizes in Rubbermaid, Sterilite, and Iris.
These racks are easy to assemble and take less than an hour per rack even using a screwdriver.

These racks have had a test run with a few customers and they commented that they were easy to assemble, and worked great. As these are shipped flat pack without bins, the shipping is much cheaper as well. Shipping ranges from $30-$45.00 Canada Wide depending on location and Rack
